Postage within the UK is made by Royal Mail Special Delivery, international postage is made by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Postage is calculated at checkout, including discount for multiple items. For all online orders you will be emailed with shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Please ensure a complete delivery address is provided – HOTEL cannot accept any responsibility for undelivered items due to incomplete address details. Please review your order carefully before proceeding with payment – HOTEL is not responsible for any customer errors when ordering. It is the customers responsibility for additional postal costs that may be incurred due to undelivered goods. HOTEL is not responsible for any items missing in the post for which we hold proof of postage.

International orders may incur charges upon their arrival. These charges are determined by that country’s customs authorities. Please contact your local customs office with any questions regarding duties and taxes.
