As leather is a natural material and all products are handmade, small variations can occur from piece to piece. Irregularities in shade, texture or colour consistency are normal and can differ from hide to hide. Scratches, marks or blemishes may be present as a result of the animal’s life experiences, please do not consider these a fault, but testament to the natural full-grain quality of the material.
Due to the bespoke nature of HOTEL goods, all sales are final. Bespoke goods cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has begun. The customer will be responsible for redelivery charges of goods returned in error.
HOTEL craftsmanship is guaranteed. In the unlikely event your item is found to be defective, HOTEL will repair or replace free of charge. If you are unhappy with your item, please contact HOTEL immediately before wearing. Repairs due to normal wear are available, please use the contact form or email info@hotelleathergoods.co.uk.
Payment is made via PayPal or credit/debit card only. Goods will not be despatched until full payment is received. Payment made via PayPal is completely secure – HOTEL does not retain any payment information or card details. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by you from the credit card company or bank in relation to the processing of your order.
HOTEL reserves the right to cancel any order, if payment is made before an order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund.
HOTEL will not sell or share your information with any third parties.
